Group Classes

LDIF run a full suite of morning and evening classes to suit early birds or night owls. Check out the timetable! You could be pumping iron before you head to the office, then be jumping about the next night in boxing class.

Maybe you’ve never been to a fitness class or lifted a weight before. Or you might be a seasoned gym junkie. Either way it’s fine – our classes cater for women of all fitness levels and ages. There’s no judgement. Our highly qualified trainers adjust the exercises to suit you and make sure you stay challenged and happy. You’ll feel comfortable and confident.
